LE8/1 Scope and Content:Marriage settlement between John Freke, previously Evans, of the City of Dublin, and Elizabeth Gore, youngest daughter of Arther, Earl of Arran. A judgment of £6000 is settled on the couple as well as the expectation of the property of his mother, Grace, for John Freke.

LE8/2 Scope and Content:Deed of conveyance of property from Xaverius Blake, of Drumanacremee, County Mayo, and John Blake the elder of Castlehackett. He conveys certain lands to John who in turn will pay off his various debts. An attached schedule gives the denominations of twenty properties, tenants and rents from each, amounting to £2000.

LE8/3 Scope and Content:Deed of conveyance between Hyacinth Bodkin, late of Thomastown of County Galway and now an officer with the Galway Militia and Belinda his wife of the first part, and John Kirwan of Castlehackett of the other. They convey their lands of Poolavalley and Gorthack, in the barony of Clare, County Galway, for the sum of three hundred pounds.

LE8/6 Scope and Content:Copy of a family settlement of James Kenny of Merrion Square and Jane Nugent, daughter of William Thomas Nugent, Lord Riverston of Pallas, County Galway of the first part and William Kenny, their son and heir of the second part. It recounts a marriage settlement of 1814 and devolves the property, consisting of townlands in Athenry, and named responsibilities onto William.

LE8/7 Scope and Content:Marriage settlement between Denis Kirwan of Tuam, Celia Burke, only daughter of the late Thomas Burke of Athenry, with John Burke of Moor Park and James Kirwan of Castletown as trustees. A judgment of £1000 is settled on the couple and their heirs, the money to be used as a pension in the event of Denis’s death.

LE8/20 Scope and Content:Early twentieth-century copy of the genealogy of Vincint Kindelan, then of Spain but formerly of Ireland, tracing his genealogy back five generations. The family was originally from County Meath, and of his six brothers, only one, the youngest, lived in Ireland.
